- Offensive/problematic contentGENERAL-By commissioning me , you agree to the following terms. These may be updated at any time, and it’s your responsibility to check for updates if you're planning to order again,-Please be respectful and clear when ordering. I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.-I mainly do semi-realism but I can try a change of style per request, keep in mind that I draw mainly from references especially real images hence I will them or a general idea so I can search for them.PAYMENTS-To get started on your commission, I require either full payment upfront or a 50% down payment. This helps protect both you (the client) and me (the artist) by making sure everything is secure and set before I begin working. All payments are made through VGen’s platform .I do not start until payment is confirmed.-The 50% option is available to give you a little more flexibility while still ensuring we’re both committed to the project.-Payments will be converted to EURO on my end, but you are free to pay in any currency as VGen will convert your currency automatically. And the prices may vary depending on complexity, add-ons, or specific deadlines.REVISIONS-I will make as many revisions as you'd like so we can keep things transparent you’ll also get regular updates at every stage of the process. This way, we can catch any issues early and avoid big revisions down the line.-However, if you do request a major revision that requires me to redo an entire step in the workflow, there will be an additional 5 EURO charge for each workflow that needs to be redone. This helps keep things running smoothly and ensures I’m dedicating the time needed to make your vision come to life.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY-On top of commissions, I also have a full time job (40hrs/week) for stable income. So while I will try to manage my times so everything is done in a timely manner-Turnaround time is 5 to 10 days per piece (complex designs may take longer).Though I will try to finish in time so it may be delivered sooner.USE-You may not use my work for AI training, NFTs, or resell it as your own.You may post it on social media ONLY if you paid for commercial use,INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS-I retain all rights to the artwork I create, including the right to post it on my portfolio, social media, and for self-promotion (unless we've agreed to keep it private).-I will be able to use your commission as promotional content and portfolio work for future commissions. Please inform me in the request form if you consent to WIPs (works in progress) on social media posts while I am working on your project, or if you'd rather me post WIPs and the finished project after the fact once your project is done. Or if you would like to be private and not shared anywhere in which case a 5% fee will be preceded .REFUNDS-If you are unsatisfied with my work, or I am unable to complete the final project, or if there are any unreasonable delays you are entitled to a 50% refund if the commission is already in progress upon request-If I have NOT started your project yet, or if I fail to complete the commissions in time or you decide to cancel the project, I will refund you 100% of the money upon request.COMMUNICATION-All communication will happen through VGen or if you don't feel comfortable you can DM me on Instagram though.-I make sure to give periodic updates with every step of the process. These updates include low resolution, watermarked screenshots and/or videos. I send these low resolution, watermarked updates to avoid potential suspicious activity.
